Dungeons and Dragons Online is celebrating the 50th anniversary of Dungeons & Dragons, coinciding with the Year of the Dragon. As part of this celebration, a special giveaway featuring dragon-themed gifts will take place every month throughout the year.
The distribution of these gifts will occur on the last Wednesday of each month, with each gift available for redemption until the next one is released. Standing Stone Games has unveiled a list of all the planned giveaways to tantalize players for this grand celebration. This month, on February 28th, the first gift, the Dragon Lord Archetype, will be unlocked. In March, the Gift of the Silver Dragon, a new free adventurer pack, will be unlocked, with VIP subscribers also receiving daily gold rolls throughout the month.
April brings the opportunity to "Select Your Xpack Cache," but if you already possess all the expansion content, you'll receive a Discovery Elixir instead. May offers a Ground Bound Green Dragon mount, a Dragon Hatchling Pet in June, and in July, some Blue Draconic Wings.
The remainder of the year is filled with reward boxes, random gifts, the Prismatic Dragon Costume in September, and much more. Continuing for a full year, there are also gifts set for January 2025 and February 2025. In January, receive the Dragon Cult Armor, and in February, as a complement to this month's giveaway, the Dragon Disciple Archetype will be yours.
