World of Warships: Legends is celebrating its 5th anniversary with an update packed with exciting new content. Highlights include new ships, an extensive campaign with 100 milestones, exclusive rewards, and a special collaboration with Nexon's Blue Archive franchise.

To commemorate this occasion, the game has introduced the Champion's Box, a special anniversary crate containing random items from past events, such as Halloween, winter holidays, and even April Fool's Planet Clash rewards. These boxes can be purchased in the store or obtained for free as part of the anniversary bundle DLC on Xbox and PlayStation. Players can also earn these boxes by completing the free "Under the Sun of Ellada" mission and participating in the web event Treasure Hunt.

The update features a new season and a series of Commanders inspired by mythology, including Zeus, Poseidon, and Athena. The event currency, known as drachma, can be collected and spent on items in the store, including the Premium Tier VII Soviet battleship Borodino and the Premium Tier IV Pan-American battleship Rio de Janeiro. Five older ships are also making a return for this anniversary event, available for purchase with drachmas.

The new anniversary campaign offers 100 milestones until September 9, with rewards available for all players, regardless of whether they have Admiralty. There is also a series of three-week daily missions offering additional rewards, such as anniversary crates and extra drachmas. The ultimate prize for completing these missions is the Zeus Commander disguise.

The collaboration with Blue Archive introduces iconic characters from the franchise, including students from Abydos High School as Commanders, themed skins for the ships Tirpitz and Montana, and a special skin for Takahashi. This collaborative event will be available until September 9.

A new map, Mountain Range, has been added, designed for battles in standard AI mode and Domination mode. Additionally, there is a new battle type, new seasons, and, following community requests, gamepad support on iOS.
