Lost Ark's roadmap has been updated, with a slight delay for Tier 4 to allow for more thorough localization work. The development team has shared new launch dates and additional details about upcoming content.
This month, a patch is set for August 28, which will include several adjustments aimed at making specific content easier to complete.
September will bring most of the planned changes, as current progression events are scheduled to end on September 25. Although many players anticipated the release of Tier 4 on this date, the delay is due to the need for extra localization time. Consequently, Tier 4 and most of the previously announced September content will now launch two weeks later on October 9. However, the Behemoth raid, a 16-player event, will be released on September 11. This raid will be available in Tier 3 and will have reduced item level requirements to help players prepare for the upcoming Tier 4. Completing this raid will earn players Tier 3 enhancement materials.
With this change, October will feature two major updates, spaced two weeks apart. The Kazeros Raid - Aegir is scheduled to go live on October 16 but may be postponed to October 23 depending on player progress with endgame content.
Additionally, the previously announced Express servers for new players and accelerated progression will be renamed to Ignite Servers. This change aims to avoid confusion with the Super Mokoko Express. These new servers are designed to help players quickly get into Lost Ark, familiarize themselves with the game, and advance more rapidly. Characters from the Express servers will later be transferred to legacy servers.
This new system will be globally debuting on NA/EU servers.
