The Rio 2019 DreamHack tournament for CS: GO announced on this Tuesday, the 19th, the first three teams invited to the championship: Luminosity Gaming, FURIA Esports, and Shark Esports Team.

It will be the first time that Rio de Janeiro will host an event of the company DreamHack, which announced in early December its passage through Brazil. Since its foundation, it is the first time that the event will be present in the country, bringing with it Counter-Strike: Global Offensive championships and the expectation of other games tournament.

The CS: GO championship will have eight teams divided into two groups. The FURIA team is the favorite among the chosen ones, in front of their surprising matches in the championship. Luminosity and Sharks follow the favorite. However, they have smaller productivity compared to their matches in the current tournament. Already MIBR, one of the largest eSports teams will not represent Brazil in the event because of their schedule.
The Dream Hack Rio 2019 will take place between April 19 and 21 at the Parque Olímpico in Barra da Tijuca. Tickets are now on sale.
