This Wednesday, the 11th, Fortnite received its weekly update with a change that surprised players. The update v10.30 introduced a completely new area on the Battle Royale island.
Titled Moisty Palms, this area brings together the classic Moisty Mire and Paradise Palms. So when players are in the new zone, they can squat and cling to the disguise of objects.
Another change to the game is the Greasy Grove zone. The zone returns to Battle Royale encouraging players to perform dances to protect themselves. Also, you can recover 20 hit points per second while protecting yourself from attacks.
Amid the Battle Royale v.10.30 update notes, Epic Games has also announced a new time-limited mode. Called “City of Repulsion”, players must move around the map and dodge shots using the Depresser. Besides, the Repulsive Pistol must be used to eliminate enemies in the air.
Finally, SMG Blast and Tactical SMG weapons have been released with the update v10.30. And now SMG Tactics will also be accessible at Playground.
