Fans of the iconic post-apocalyptic series Fallout have something to look forward to, as Fallout Day is fast approaching with a special broadcast planned. While much of the event remains a mystery, we can already speculate about some of the things that might be revealed.

On October 23, 2024, at 3 PM EST, players will be able to tune into the Fallout Day broadcast on Bethesda’s official channels, including Facebook and YouTube. Although the team has remained tight-lipped, the official Fallout Twitter account teased the event with a small preview.

For those unfamiliar, Fallout Day commemorates the day when nuclear bombs fell in the series' lore, on October 23, 2077. In previous years, Bethesda celebrated the day with announcements, special discounts, and community events. This year, with renewed interest in the series thanks to the success of the Amazon series, expectations are even higher.

One of the major highlights fans are waiting for is news on the second season of the Fallout show. Actress Leslie Uggams revealed in an interview that production for Season 2 will start in November. After the success of the first season, fans are eager to hear more, and Bethesda might just give us a glimpse of the storyline or even a release window.

On the gaming side, Fallout 76 recently received a major update with "Milepost Zero," introducing new mechanics like caravans. As the ongoing multiplayer experience of the Fallout universe, it's highly likely we'll hear more about additional content for Fallout 76. The big question remains: Could we finally hear some news about the highly anticipated Fallout 5?

While everything is still locked away in Bethesda’s vault, fans are invited to speculate and share what they’d like to see during Fallout Day. What are your hopes for the event?
