One of the most significant changes is the expansion of the Resonance system, now available earlier in the game. The addition of 20 new runes promises a fresh gameplay dynamic. While these runes can be obtained by defeating normal enemies, two new game modes offer an increased chance of acquiring them. In Abyssal Verge, players face a constant challenge, racing against time as a sinister shadow closes in, becoming deadly if it completely surrounds the area. On the other hand, Castle Erebban offers a treasure hunt experience, where each opened chest increases the timer and difficulty.
Additionally, the update brings new legendary jewels, as well as the introduction of Inferno difficulties I-III. To tackle these new challenges, four new Helliquary bosses have been added, providing players with the opportunity to unlock these difficulty levels.
