Ping Reduction

Ping measures how quickly data travels between your computer and another device on the internet. It's like sending a quick 'hello' message and waiting for a response. The time it takes for this packet of data to go back and forth is measured in milliseconds (ms), called 'ping time' or 'latency'. A lower ping means a faster and more responsive connection, which is crucial for avoiding interruptions in online games.

NoPing uses Advanced AI Route Calculation to find the best paths for your data to travel between your device and the game server.
AI analyzes countless routes in real time, considering factors such as:
  • the ping between you and the NoPing server
  • the ping between the NoPing server and the game
  • packet loss between you and the NoPing server
  • packet loss between the NoPing server and the game
  • the jitter between the NoPing server and the game
It then selects the 10 most efficient routes to lower ping and latency. This intelligent routing ensures that your data takes the three fastest and least congested paths simultaneously, providing the best latency in online gaming with faster response times and decreased lag.
Multi Connection - The Heart of Our Technology

Multi Connection - The Heart of Our Technology

NoPing uses a technology called Multi Connection to reduce ping. Instead of sending all your data down a single route, which can fail, lose packets, or disconnect, NoPing clones packets and splits them across multiple paths.
This means that if one path becomes congested or slow, the other paths can continue to keep your data moving fast. If a server encounters problems, it is replaced in less than 3 seconds, ensuring the client is not affected by connection issues.By default, we use three simultaneous paths to keep the player connected, but users can choose up to five paths through the software interface. Additionally, we monitor the top 10 routes, keeping 5-7 in reserve to switch if necessary. This stops lag and ensures your connection remains stable and fast.

NoPing also uses Multi Internet technology to enhance your gaming experience. This feature allows your device to connect to multiple internet providers simultaneously.
If an internet connection becomes slow or unstable, NoPing continues using all available ISP providers without interrupting your game. This seamless flow ensures you always have the best connection possible, reducing the risk of lag and disconnections. Additionally, since multiple internet connections are used at the same time, you will always have the better ping among all your real-time connections.

Multi vs Single Path in Online Games

A typical internet connection sends your data via a single route to the game server. Each step, or 'hop', between routers is a potential point of failure. If any router along the way is congested with high internet, CPU or memory usage, crashes or loses packets, your game will suffer from lag, high ping or disconnections.
Furthermore, the connection travels through kilometers of fiber optic cables, crossing streets, avenues and even oceans. Factors such as temperature, climate, construction and physical damage can deteriorate the connection. Even a good connection with less than 10 milliseconds of ping typically has at least 4 hops before reaching its destination. Connections with more than 100 milliseconds of ping can have more than 20 points of failure.

In contrast, a Multi Connection sends your data along several routes simultaneously. This redundancy ensures that if one path encounters problems, the others can keep your data flowing.
