How to use NoPing on iPhone or iPad step by step
Install from the App Store, authorize the network configuration, choose your mobile game, set the region and connections, and start the match with NoPing active.

Install from the App Store
Tap to open the App Store, install NoPing, and wait for the app to appear on your home screen.
TipKeep the app updated to receive new routes and games.

Log in to your NoPing account
Sign in with the e-mail you registered on the site to load your free trial, subscription and preferences.
TipA different account can make the app look like it has no access.

Search for your game
Look for the game in NoPing's search — Free Fire, Roblox, PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends or any other supported game.
TipSearch by the official name if the abbreviation doesn't appear.

Tap the correct game
Open the right game card. If there is a global, BR, Lite or other launcher version, pick the one you play.
TipIf there are global, BR, or SEA versions, choose the same version installed on your phone.

Pick the server region
Select the region the game's matchmaking uses. In Brazil that is usually Brazil, South America or São Paulo when available.
TipThe wrong region increases the detour your packet has to take to reach the server.

Tap connect or optimize
Turn NoPing on and wait for the connected status before leaving the app.
TipWait for the connection to finish before opening the game.

Allow the app's connection
When iOS asks for permission to create a network connection, accept it.
TipWithout this authorization, NoPing can't optimize the game's traffic.

Open the game with the connection live
Go back to the home screen and open the game as usual. NoPing should stay active in the background.

If something's off
Quick fixes before opening a ticket.
iOS asked for authorization
Tap allow and confirm Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode to enable the connection used by the optimization.
Game disconnected
Switch between Wi-Fi and 5G, reconnect NoPing, and test the same region again.
Wrong server
Use the same region that appears inside the mobile game or in your game account.
Ready to test
Activate NoPing before your next match.
