Free Fire has unveiled its traditional year-end event, bringing updates and exciting features for the community. Highlights include the new character Koda, the introduction of the Arctic Rails system, the Festive Clock Tower, Aurora Borealis-themed skins, and other items and challenges.
Aurora Borealis and Gameplay Updates
This season, Bermuda’s map gets a new look with the appearance of the Aurora Borealis. Beyond its visual appeal, the update introduces the Aurora Forecast feature, which brings dynamic weather changes during matches, enhancing gameplay with associated bonuses.
Koda: The New Character
Koda joins the roster as a tactical character with skills focused on strategic movement and opponent detection. His main ability, Boreal Vision, boosts movement speed and identifies enemies under certain conditions, although the effect does not benefit allies.
Arctic Rails: A New Mobility Mechanic
The Arctic Rails offer an innovative and fast way to move across maps, allowing players to travel while using weapons and items. In Battle Royale mode, the rails appear in specific areas, such as the Festive Clock Tower, while in Clash Squad mode, they are strategically placed in locations like Mill and Katulistiwa.
Rewards and Friend Interactions
During the event, teaming up with friends unlocks special rewards. Players can earn new weapon skins and themed items, including the AWM Aurora skin. Additionally, players' avatars will appear in the event interface as snowballs, adding a playful touch to the experience.
Exclusive Items and Skins
Featured items include the Legendary Aurora Skin, inspired by the Aurora Borealis and mystical arctic foxes, and the highly anticipated Radioactive Angelic Pants, available in the Token Tower from December 25 to January 12.
The End of Year Frifas: Aurora event will be available throughout December, offering players numerous opportunities to explore the new content and celebrate the end of 2024 in the Free Fire universe.
