Palworld V1.0.3 lowers progression requirements for several major gameplay features, including the Aquatic Construction Kit and technologies related to Jetragon. The update also improves crude oil production, adjusts World Tree Holy Water, and delivers multiple bug fixes for bases, multiplayer, PlayStation 5, and Xbox.

One of the biggest changes affects the Aquatic Construction Kit. Its required unlock level has been lowered from 66 to 23, while its Ancient Technology Point cost has dropped from four points to just one. The materials and workload required to craft the equipment have also been adjusted.

As a result, aquatic building in Palworld becomes available much earlier in the game's progression. Players can now access the system without having to reach the later stages of the game.

Palworld V1.0.3 Lowers Jetragon Unlock Requirements

Jetragon also received significant progression changes in the V1.0.3 update. Some technologies related to the Pal now unlock at level 70 instead of level 79. The amount of materials required to craft the Pal Gear used to ride Jetragon has also been reduced.

These changes make one of Palworld's major mobility options available earlier. Players progressing through the game can unlock the related Jetragon technologies sooner than before.

World Tree Holy Water Gets New Changes

World Tree Holy Water received several adjustments in Palworld V1.0.3. Its effect now lasts longer, while the item's weight has been reduced from 1 to 0.1.

Players can also obtain World Tree Holy Water through more activities. The item has been added to rewards from World Tree expeditions, fishing in the region, and the Large Fishing Pond.

The amount obtained from Pals found around the World Tree and in Teafant Spring has also been increased, giving players more ways to collect the resource while exploring.

Crude Oil Production Is Faster and More Efficient

The update also changes crude oil production in Palworld. Construction costs for the Crude Oil Extractor, High-Pressure Crude Oil Extractor, and Large Power Generator have been reduced.

Oil production speed has been increased for both extractors. In addition, the base mission that requires players to build a Crude Oil Extractor can now be completed by building a High-Pressure Crude Oil Extractor instead.

Server administrators also have a new configuration option related to enemy camps. The bAllowEnemyCampSpawnNearBaseCamp setting can be used to prevent bases from suppressing nearby enemy camp spawns.

Palworld V1.0.3 Fixes PS5, Xbox, and Multiplayer Issues

The Palworld V1.0.3 patch includes a wide range of bug fixes. These address issues that could cause crashes on PS5 and Xbox, mission progression problems, inconsistencies during co-op sessions, and incorrect Pal behavior.

The update also fixes issues involving stair and slanted roof placement, item duplication, boss battles, visual effects, audio, and resolution settings.

On dedicated servers, the patch addresses problems involving Fast Travel during Tower Boss battles, incorrect Pal animations, and music playing under unintended circumstances.

Additional fixes improve object rendering in dungeons, make certain area boundaries easier to see, and add a sound effect when using World Tree Holy Water.
