The PUBG Mobile Global Open 2025 (PMGO 2025) kicks off this week in Uzbekistan, bringing together some of the world’s top competitive teams.
The tournament marks the first major international event of the year and features a total prize pool of $500,000, with the largest share awarded to the winning team.
The event begins with the local finals in Uzbekistan this Wednesday (April 9), where regional teams will compete for four spots in the preliminaries — scheduled for April 10 and 11 — and one direct spot in the Main Event, which takes place on April 12 and 13.
Over these decisive days, the top global teams will face off on classic maps such as Erangel, Miramar, and Sanhok, employing a variety of strategies in pursuit of victory.
Tournament Structure and Official Partnership
In addition to the main competition, the Infinix GT 20 Pro has been announced as the official gaming smartphone of PMGO 2025.
The partnership highlights the tournament’s commitment to high-performance technology, providing competitors with a device optimized for smooth PUBG Mobile gameplay, advanced graphics, and a high refresh rate for enhanced competitive performance.
