The mid-season update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Warzone, titled Season 2 Reloaded, arrives on February 20 at 9AM PT on all platforms. Among the highlights is a special collaboration with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, along with new multiplayer maps, additional weapons, and adjustments to the Zombies mode and Warzone.
New Content for Multiplayer Mode
New Maps:
- Grind Ooze (6v6): A variant of the classic skatepark, featuring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles-themed elements.
- Bullet Strike (6v6 / 2v2): Intense combat inside and on top of a moving train.
Additional Weapons: Six new weapons will be introduced, including:
- D1.3 Sector Special
- Skateboard Melee
- Bo Staff
- Katanas
- Sai
- Nunchaku Additionally, a new Belt-Fed Attachment will be available for all four LMGs in the game.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Themed Event
The limited-time event will include the TMNT Moshpit mode, where players will participate in Team Deathmatch, Domination, or Hardpoint matches with themed abilities. Special Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles-inspired Scorestreaks will be unlocked during matches, and operators using Turtle skins will have access to exclusive powers.
Zombies Mode Updates
Cowabunga Cranked: Players will have a limited time to eliminate zombies before the timer reaches zero, causing their explosion. The mode will be available in Terminus, Liberty Falls, Citadelle des Morts, and The Tomb.
Directed Mode for The Tomb: The Zombies map, The Tomb, will receive a Directed Mode, assisting players in exploration and completing the Main Mission with a 15-round limit.
Changes and Improvements in Warzone
Warzone will continue receiving gameplay enhancements and quality-of-life improvements. Players will have access to Battle Royale, Resurgence, and Plunder matches in Urzikstan, Area 99, and Rebirth Island. Events like Call of Duty x Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Clover Craze will remain active.
New Perk: Low Profile The update introduces the Low Profile ability, allowing for faster movement while crouching or prone. Enemies eliminated by players with this perk will not display death markers for their allies. Additionally, movement speed while downed will be increased.
Season 2 Reloaded aims to expand the Call of Duty experience with new content and adjustments for all game modes.
