Applications for the VALORANT Partner Program, Riot Games’ new partnership program for content creators, are open through August 28, 2026. The program allows streamers, video creators, and other content creators to apply directly instead of waiting for an invitation from Riot.
Riot is looking for creators who demonstrate a genuine connection to VALORANT, an active and engaged community, and a track record of making a positive impact on players. According to Riot, audience size alone does not determine whether an applicant will be accepted.

How to Apply for the VALORANT Partner Program
Creators can apply for the VALORANT Partner Program through the Riot Games Creator Hub during the first application window. Applications opened on August 3 and close on August 28, 2026.
Before applying, creators should gather information about the main channels where they publish VALORANT content. These may include platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and X.
Riot evaluates each applicant’s relationship with VALORANT, the content they create, and how they interact with their community. Keeping your channels active and having recent VALORANT content available can therefore be important when submitting an application.
What Are the VALORANT Partner Program Requirements?
Riot Games has outlined three main criteria for its creator partnership programs:
- Passion for the game: Riot considers how creators play the game, produce content, and participate in the VALORANT community.
- Positive community impact: An applicant’s behavior on their own platforms and within Riot's community spaces can affect the evaluation.
- Active community: Riot considers how engaged a creator's audience is. Specific benchmarks may vary depending on the game and region.
Riot also says its partnership programs are intended to include both up-and-coming creators and established content creators. This means having a smaller audience does not automatically disqualify someone from applying.
Who Can Join the VALORANT Partner Program?
The VALORANT Partner Program is available to content creators across multiple regions worldwide, although certain locations may be subject to specific restrictions.
Different types of creators can apply, including those who produce livestreams, long-form videos, and short-form content.
Rather than focusing only on follower counts, Riot considers a creator's connection to VALORANT and the level of engagement within their community.
Creators who are still growing their audience can also apply. Riot has said that additional application rounds are planned for the future, although dates for those rounds have not yet been announced.
What Are the VALORANT Partner Program Benefits?
Creators accepted into the VALORANT Partner Program receive access to resources designed to support content creation and community engagement.
According to Riot, announced benefits include:
- Unlocked VALORANT Agents;
- Community giveaway codes;
- Free Battle Passes;
- Dedicated support for creator-specific issues;
- Access to the Creator Hub;
- Opportunities to participate in Drops programs;
- Opportunities to take part in marketing campaigns;
- Early access to content for select initiatives.
The Creator Hub also serves as a central location where partners can access tools, resources, and information related to Riot's creator programs.

When Is the VALORANT Partner Program Application Deadline?
The deadline to apply for the first VALORANT Partner Program application round is August 28, 2026.
After the application window closes, Riot will continue reviewing submissions and begin the onboarding process for selected creators.
Riot Games has also confirmed that partnership programs for its other games will follow separate application schedules. League of Legends applications will be open from September 1 through September 30, 2026, while Teamfight Tactics applications will run from October 1 through October 30, 2026.
For creators hoping to join the first VALORANT application round, August 28 is the key deadline. Riot recommends checking the Creator Hub and its official channels for updates on future opportunities.
