Bohemia Interactive has announced the launch of Vigor’s 22nd season, titled Meltdown. The new chapter introduces a radioactive-themed setting, a seasonal Battle Pass, collectible items, and a much-requested wardrobe preset system aimed at expanding customization and tactical options for players.
The Battle Pass includes new survival gear such as hazmat suits, gas masks, and combat helmets, along with weapon skins featuring toxic green and hazard-striped yellow designs.
The new preset system allows players to save up to five personalized outfit combinations, making it easier to switch between strategies during gameplay.
Another highlight of the season is the introduction of collectible action figures. Scattered across Encounter maps, these miniatures represent past seasons of Vigor and can be displayed in a new glass cabinet in the Shelter. Players can unlock Season 22 figures through seasonal challenges, with additional figures planned for future updates.
Limited-Time Packs and Expanded Rewards
The Doomsday Raider pack is also part of the seasonal offering. It includes exclusive outfits, high-powered firearms, radiation grenades, and a variety of consumables. The pack is limited to one purchase per account and available for a limited time.
Platform-specific content has also been introduced. The Sunflower Army pack is available to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, while PlayStation Plus members can access the Hive Guardian pack. Both packs feature unique cosmetics and weapons designed to expand customization options for players.
Additional updates in Season 22 include expanded rewards in the Donation Hub, a new cosmetic crate, and the introduction of a new assault rifle subcategory, further diversifying the game’s arsenal.
