What Is Legion Remix?
World of Warcraft: Legion Remix is a limited-time seasonal event that reimagines the original Legion expansion with new gameplay twists, challenges, and rewards.
Launched on October 7, 2025, this event offers players the opportunity to experience the Broken Isles in a fresh and accelerated way.
Legion Remix allows players to create a Timerunner, a special character that can relive the entire Legion expansion at an accelerated pace, from level 10 to 80.
This event is designed to capture the spirit of the original Legion experience while introducing new elements to enhance gameplay.
Key Features of Legion Remix
1. Remixed Artifact Weapons
Artifact weapons return with customizable specializations and shared progression, adopting a Diablo-like approach. Players can choose from various paths to enhance their weapon's power.
2. Heroic World Tier
Inspired by Diablo, the Heroic World Tier introduces a new way to play outdoor content. Eternus is experimenting to prepare the champions of Azeroth for what could happen if things get worse.
She’s empowering creatures to have more health, more damage, and sometimes Affix-like buffs, empowering their difficulty and rewards.
While you’ll encounter tougher foes, if you can overcome them, you will reap the rewards in the end.
3. Timewarped Obelisks
Power up with Timewarped Obelisks found throughout Legion Remix. These grant temporary but powerful buffs to players as they explore the world.
4. Timeworn Keystone Dungeons
For players who love Mythic+, Legion Remix introduces Timeworn Keystone Dungeons.
These dungeons bring back most of the Affixes from the original launch of Legion and add four new Affixes specific to Legion Remix called Eternus’s Trials.
5. Infinite Research
Players can engage in Infinite Research quests, which allow them to store up to six days of quests and complete them at their convenience. This system is designed to accommodate players with varying schedules.
6. Bronze Currency
Bronze returns as a cosmetics-only currency used for mounts, transmogs, and rare appearances at the Infinite Bazaar in Dalaran.
Players can earn Bronze through various activities, including World Quests and Emissary quests.
Available Content
Legion Remix offers a wealth of content for players to explore:
- 5 Raids, including Antorus, the Burning Throne
- 12 Dungeons + 1 Mega-Dungeon
- All Class Order Hall storylines
- Artifact weapons and campaign quests
- Legion Assaults and World Quests

Event Phases
Legion Remix unfolds over five bi-weekly phases, each reflecting major moments from the original Legion content:
- Skies of Fire (October 7): Features the Emerald Nightmare and Trial of Valor raids.
- Rise of the Nightfallen (October 21): Continues the Nightfallen’s story with the Insurrection campaign and new World Quests across the Broken Isles.
- Return to Karazhan: Re-experience the Legion mega-dungeon with the Return to Karazhan.
- The Nighthold: Tackle the Nighthold raid.
- Final Phase: Details to be announced.
Accessibility
No expansion purchase is needed to participate in Legion Remix. However, a World of Warcraft Subscription or Game Time is required to begin this fast-paced adventure through the Broken Isles.
This means that Classic players can also participate by installing the modern (live) World of Warcraft client.
Trial Accounts can experience this World of Warcraft Remix without a subscription or Game Time through level 20. A subscription or Game Time is needed to continue beyond level 20.
Rewards
Players can earn a variety of items to add to their collection, including:
