Blade & Soul NEO, the remastered version of the popular MMORPG, has revealed its update schedule through the third quarter of 2025, with new content planned for the coming months.
The first major update, Moonwater Plains - Part 1, will be released on March 11 and will introduce a new story and the Moonwater Plains region.
This expansion is part of Act 3 of the Epic Quest and explores the conflict between Talus Dominion and Skyhaven Resistance, while also diving deeper into the origins of the Lyn race. The game’s level cap will be raised to 50, offering new challenges and rewards.
New PvE and PvP Content
The update will also include new content for both PvE and PvP players. In PvE, players will tackle the heroic dungeon Blackram Supply Chain, where they can obtain items like the Poharan’s Soul Core and Skill Books.
Additionally, Mushin’s Tower will be expanded with a new boss, Junghado, offering players the opportunity to earn the Mushin’s Tower Emblem and unlock new rewards.
For PvP players, Moonwater Plains - Part 1 introduces the Beluga Lagoon battlefield, a 6v6 instance with three different win conditions, and the Skyhaven Bastion zone, where players can earn prestige points by defeating monsters or competing against other players.
Upcoming Updates
Update 2: Moonwater Plains - Part 2 (April)
In April, Update 2: Moonwater Plains - Part 2 will bring new challenges with Blackram’s Cold Storage and Porto Bloodshade, where players will face off against Admiral Hae Mujin.
Update 3: Moonwater Plains - Part 3 (May)
Update 3: Moonwater Plains - Part 3, scheduled for May, will introduce new areas such as Highland Necropolis and Naryu Labyrinth, providing fresh adventures for players.
Warlock and Silverfrost Mountains (Q3)
In the third quarter of 2025, Blade & Soul NEO will introduce the new Warlock class along with the Silverfrost Mountains region, further expanding the game’s content.
