Update 11.1.5 for World of Warcraft: The War Within is now live, introducing a variety of new content and gameplay enhancements. Key features include a new world event called Dusk, improvements to the user interface, and seasonal content set to launch in the coming weeks.
New World Event: Nightfall
Following the defeat of Queen Ansurek, players can now take on the invading Sureki forces in Hallowfall, alongside allies from the Flame’s Radiance faction.
The event includes weekly scenarios, raid-style encounters with powerful lieutenants, and a new renown track with unique rewards.
UI Update: Cooldown Manager
A new integrated feature, the Cooldown Manager, enhances the game’s interface by providing better monitoring of ability cooldowns, allowing for more strategic combat management.
Horrific Visions Revisited — Launching May 20
Returning from the Battle for Azeroth era, Horrific Visions make a comeback with updated challenges. Players can revisit corrupted versions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar, guided by Chromie of the Bronze Dragonflight. Available in solo or group modes, the content features scalable difficulty, new masks, twisted talent trees, and both new and returning rewards such as mounts, pets, and transmog sets.
New Limited-Time Event: Dastardly Duos (June 3–July 15)
Launching in early June, Dastardly Duos pits players against legendary Azerothian enemies in fast-paced, multi-boss battles. With dynamic waves and a point-based ranking system, the event offers high replayability and is designed to reward players of all skill levels with exclusive cosmetics, pets, and mounts.
